Top Reviews
See All ReviewsThey have two of my favorite things, really good curtido and really good pupusas. I am excited to try the whole menu.
Pupusas are deceptively simple, seemingly hard to screw up. Guanaquita #3 has the STANDARD for a properly cooked pupusa; perfectly shaped, perfect cheesy goo factor, precise grilling of the outside, and firm tortilla outside. The prices feel a bit steep, but -despite fairly small portions for their dishes- you are getting a good amount of portions of dishes on their large platters. I would suggest this spot for brunch, or early dinner.
The Salvadoran food is good but the Mexican is very mediocre. There was only two tables in the whole restaurant and the service was not good. They are not very friendly and seemed like we were bothering them every time we asked for something.
