We were the 1st to be there for the lunch buffet today. I feel misled. It says on the sign outside seafood buffet. It was mostly soups. An 3 of seafood. Shrimp. Stuffed crab. An catfish. I was disgusted with the management itself. I believe the man who was on the phone was the manager. He was on a phone call an working around the food. He was ripping off the plastic off the trays. I had seen him grab the food that fell on the counter an put it back in the food with his barehands. The cook came out with a pan an directly pour some shrimp in a soup with what seemed to me a dirty pan looked like it had food on the bottom. The server was horrible. She was just standing around an staring at us while we served ourselves. She was watching us eat as well. She was on her phone on tiktok or facebook. But was replaying the same video over an over. She was just very horrible then she was texting someone an then made a phone call then stepped out. The manager left and she was just stuck on her phone leaning over the register. I felt disgusted with how horrible the service was. I felt disgusted with the manager with no gloves on handling the food. An then him throwing the food back in when it was on the couter. Over all never coming here again. $36 for 2 lunch buffets. Only tea is offered for the buffet. If you dont want that she gives you a can coke in glass with ice. For 2 cokes $3 each can coke. Very disappointed with the service!!
Great food and great service! Food was out quick and cooked perfect. We had the wings for appetizer, they were delicious! I had a platter of fish, shrimp and squid. My husband had the shrimp soup. Both were super size portions and very tasty! No complains here! We definitely look forward to another visit soon.
This restaurant and its staff are extremely unprofessional. My wife’s fried fish plate was a bit soggy and i requested a manager. After waiting for 20 mins my server came to tell me the manager said he was busy. The restaurant was empty except for my wife and i. The waitress was apologetic but still no manager. So either this place is run without an authority figure or the manager simply doesn’t care enough to handle their customers. We will not be coming back.
