The food here is really good and the service is decent… but just a heads up, double-check your bill. There were three of us: 3 drinks, one $13 plate, a $12 torta, and a $4 gordita. Somehow our total came out to $55. We paid $60 and were given only $5 back. When we asked for a breakdown, the employee tried to say the total was $45, even though he had just charged us $55. After we pointed it out, he gave us the rest of our change but didn’t apologize and walked away. Not saying it happens every time, but definitely ask for an itemized receipt and keep an eye on your total. He didn’t like being caught!
The shrimp cocktail is to die for!! Super good and delicious. Definitely recommend 👍
Simple authentic Mexican food. The barbacoa tacos were the closest I’ve found to tacos in Mexico City.
