Nice cozy Mexican restaurant in the style of a cantina. The menu was authentic Mexican. However, they lacked the Carne Asada meal. My two companions got the wet burritos. I got the 3 steak taco meal with extra rice and beans. I was completely satisfied with the meal. I will be going back.
It was great food just slow. The tacos and wet burrito I tried was great. I really enjoyed the Horchata. CASH ONLY warning.
I'm a tough food critic, but oh my goodness. This place is so good. We ordered ground beef tacos for the kids, pork tamales en masse, and I had a wet chicken burrito. This might be the best Mexican food I've ever had. The tamales were great and the burrito was stellar. The salsas that we got were all really good even though the portions were smaller than I'm used to. Not a big deal, just ask for more. The kids don't like corn tortillas in general so I convinced them to try my burrito and they fell in love with it. That DOES NOT HAPPEN for my kids normally. It was so good. I'm so happy. Thank you.
