I had been at La Panza before and that time the food was great. We were going there for lunch today, Wed at 12:30, was supposed to be open. Door locked, paper-blocked windows, no entry. Sign at door advertised Wed 12-20 hours. Closed for just today or finally? If temporarily closed pls. update the hours before too many get disappointed at the door...
We've been customers at La Panza for a long time. We love the Peruvian food made by the restaurant owner himself. It's delicious and well-prepared. I just don't think it's cool to impose a 20% tip, I think 15% is ok for the place. it's a small simple but cozy bistro.
The Ceviche of only fish is delicious and you definitely should try it, it is definitely a great place to come, also the Lomo Saltado has the perfect seasoning, and the staff is really nice and check on you every 10 mins. In conclusion a really nice place to come with family.
