⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Patrona is hands down one of the best places to eat in Ashdown! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Everything we tried was excellent, especially the fajitas and quesadillas. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the service is consistently top-notch. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in the area, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! 🌮🔥
This was actually better than expected. I had eaten here several years ago and wasn’t impressed. Today I had steak a la mexicana with a cheese rellano on the side. Both were very good. The steak had plenty of peppers in it and the meat had a great flavor. The rellano was tasty. Not overly greasy as some I have had. Again very nice. My only drawback was the salsa. It was pretty generic. Tomato heavy with little pepper or cilantro flavor. It was not bad just not to my liking. This will likely be my lunch spot in the ashdown area when in town.
4 people, 4 different dishes and it was all good. For Tex Mex none of it was spicy.
