When I ordered I asked for pico on the side and extra hot sauce. I paid for 3 extra sauces and they refused to give me my hot sauce then when i get home i found out they gave me picadillo instead of pico. I love their food but today i got over charged and got the wrong item and they didnt give me the salsa i paid for.
I've been coming here for years, never again. My husband went to pick up an order, he paid and was waiting for the food. He asked the lady who was calling out numbers for help and she ignored him each time. I had to call after almost an hour after the order was placed to ask what was going and they said it had been ready for awhile. My husband was the only white guy there and this was the first time he had gone to pick up an order before. If you can't speak English and an English speaking customer is asking for help, you should get staff that can help. The guy who took our order was new and took no responsibility for this either. Extremely disappointed. Pancakes were burnt, order was wrong. And at this point it's almost unsafe to eat because it's pushing 2 hours now since it was made.
