Great place to buy fresh meat
Good produce selection. Fair prices.
i had the WORST customer service experience today. my sister ordered fresas con crema and when we got in the car, she showed me the inside of the cup, and it had a bunch of green little strings mixed in there. i turned around and took the cup back in to let them know, and the girl had the biggest attitude. she was like “okay what do you want instead?” my sister wanted an ice cream bar instead, and when she gave it to us she was like “okay bye”.mind you, she told the other girl who made the cup of fresas that the green stuff in the cup was from the sponge they wash the cutting boards with. like UM EW?!?! and how are you gonna give me a $2 ice cream in place of a $7 cup of fresas?? so i told her i needed my change and she was like “i have to go get the manager to look for the receipt. she had us standing there for 20 MINUTES while the manager looked for a receipt. as if we weren’t just in the store less than 5 min after we walked back in the second time. this whole time we stood there she kept rolling her eyes. and kept sighing really loud as if it was my fault pieces of a USED sponge were in my cup. safe to say i won’t ever order ice cream or aguas from them again.
