a month agoThe most expensive place in the universe. How is it possible that they charged me $50 for 8 tacos and a beer? The birria tacos were without the birria sauce, the tortillas were cold and soggy, and the birria meat was elastic.No napkins, no utensils, and no dip for the chips. Thanks for nothing, first and last time.

2 months agoThe food and atmosphere here were fantastic!! The highlight of our visit, was our server VICTOR!! He was absolutely phenomenal. He has the best personality, very accommodating, and always made sure we had what we needed. He is a true asset to this place.

3 months agoMy husband daughter and I are here VERY often I would consider us regulars. I even bring my sister in sometimes to get some margaritas. Luis helps us almost every-time we come in, he is very sweet and the best server! He checks in at the perfect times! We have been to every mexican food place in crestview and this is THE BEST, Service food and all. Environment is fun they even have karaoke nights. But most of all the service and food is always 100% LA RUMBA is THE BEST Mexican food in town. It’s our favorite place to go.

4 months agoOverpriced. Ordered the steak fajitas and added shrimp $3. I got 4 shrimps and the steak was nonexistent. Guacamole was not natural … Service is great

7 months agoWe started with the chips, guacamole, and cheese dip, and right away it set the tone. The dips were cool and thick, but the chips were a total letdown…stale, heavy, and just plain lifeless. Fresh, crisp chips would’ve made all the difference, but these fell flat. For the main course, I tried the carne sope, and unfortunately, it didn’t redeem the experience. The asada had no depth of flavor..it was chopped so small it felt more like ground beef than a proper cut. Definitely underwhelming for something that should’ve been the star of the plate. The atmosphere didn’t help either. Staff in the back were loud enough to distract from the meal, and while the service wasn’t outright rude, it was curt and gave the impression that our being there was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Overall, the food lacked flavor, the chips lacked freshness, and the service lacked warmth. Not the kind of spot I’d be excited to revisit.

8 months agoFirst time eating here the experience was great. Jesus our server it was very personable and came and checked on this multiple times during our dining experience. The food looks great and taste even better. There was plenty of parking in great seating available. The food arrived rather quickly and the price was fair.

10 months agoFirst time here for me & my wife, second time for my our daughter & son-in-law...All our food was good, but not great, but good enough for us to come back...Of note our server was very attentive & did a great job...

a year agoWe've been visiting La Rumba Mexican Restaurant in Crestview for a while now, and it never disappoints! The food is always good, and the service is fantastic. One of the best things about this place is that they give FREE bean dip with their chips, which is amazing and honestly worth the visit by itself! One of our favorite dishes is their burger. Whether it’s tacos, enchiladas, or fajitas, everything we've tried has been delicious, and the portions are generous. We've been coming here regularly, and each time the experience has been consistently great. Highly recommend La Rumba – it's a local favorite for a reason!
