a month agoThe food at this restaurant is genuinely great and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the service experience does not match the quality of the food. Even when the restaurant is nearly empty, it takes around five minutes just to be acknowledged by staff. It appears that the waitress is also handling cashier duties and cooking, which creates long delays and makes the service feel overwhelmed. The restaurant clearly needs additional help and staffing because the food has a lot of potential, but the slow service takes away from the overall experience.

7 months agoTerrible customer service. Lady today, 11/7/25 canceled my order because I walked out (ordered to go). Tried calling twice to see if my order was ready, she didn’t answer the phone - it was working heard it perfectly as I walked in.

7 months agoThe rice is old and has mold on it; it smelled absolutely horrible. They definitely do not make it fresh. They charge you for sides because they don’t do substitutions but remove the original side, making you pay extra and then removing from the original dish. The waitress and cook were chit chatting about their personal drama and when we had concerns on the food she was extremely rude and sarcastic. Food was not good, service was horrible.

10 months ago$10 for tostada is just not even close to being justifiable . This is not inflation this is price gouging . I left and didnt even bother looking at the rest of the menu

10 months agoThe service was great but the food was not it at all. The location in Paredes Ln is SO MUCH BETTER. The burrito especial is correctly made with the meat and everything and it comes huge but here it was tiny and flat. Had no meat, only had chicken and it was dry and flavorless. The same with the Taco Siberia, it was dry and flavorless. The Paredes line location is 10000% better. $50 spent was not worth it :/

a year agoMy experience was simply HORRIBLE! I went during lunch time with my friend. The place was empty, as soon as we sat down we noticed flies were everywhere. I decided to ordered a tostada, three bites in I noticed A BLACK HAIR THROUGH THE CHICKEN. I got grossed out and rapidly told the manager about it. She was extremely rude about it, making me feel uncomfortable like it was my fault it was there. My hair is not even black, I told her. She asked me if I wanted anything else but not in a nice way, instead she sounded angry and rude. Of course I told her no, I was grossed out so bad. She didn’t make an effort to make the situation any better, not even a simple apology was given. It was simply awful. I hope this review helps others to save themselves from a BIG disappointment.

a year agoFood was good. Didn’t like that they only had 1 waiter for the whole restaurant at the time I went. It was pretty busy. When paying my tab I didn’t like that the waiter was also the one charging and straight up asking “will you be leaving a tip? How much?” I should be able to put that information on my own without having to voice it to her. That made me feel uncomfortable and will not be returning and visiting the sister locations instead!

a year agoI really enjoyed my lunch for one. Very nice quiet and a delicious meal. Waitress lizbeth very hospitable recomend me this dish and no regrets was so good I recomend it to, the sauce on it is nit to spice just right gives it great flavor. I will order this again or anything different off this menu. Very different from the other sister stores all different owners and will not find these dishes at other 2 locations. So just FYI. Different options here.
