Had a large pie and one order of 3 garlic knots delivered. The pizza was good, the garlic knots were tasteless and hard. That order was 25$- too pricey. The delivery guy was nice. Tipped him 5$. Even though the delivery was 3 minutes away it took 40minutes and pizza was not even hot.
I've been going there for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly.
A few days ago, I had a really bad stomach issue while I was there — something I couldn’t control. I ended up using the bathroom, and unfortunately, it clogged. It was embarrassing, and I felt horrible about it. When I returned to eat again, the staff decided to publicly confront me about it in front of other customers. I apologized multiple times, but the way they handled it was unprofessional and humiliating. The boss even said, “Next time it’ll be your bill,” like it was some kind of joke — but I was genuinely sick. On top of that: Their pizza is wildly overpriced for what it is — you’re paying premium prices for basic slices. The place is not clean. I've noticed grime and lack of care in the seating area. I’ve witnessed the female boss yelling at the workers multiple times — she clearly has anger issues and creates a toxic environment. The whole energy is just off
