See All ReviewsMother’s Day and you cancelled our order an hour after placing it online. We first placed the order and it said 45 minutes to get delivered. It then went to almost an hour and a half delivery. Over an hour after placing the order DoorDash sends us a text order was cancelled. After calling we were told you only have one cook in the kitchen and so you just turned off DoorDash an hour after we placed the order. What you don’t realize is I worked all night and was trying make the best I could for my wife for Mother’s Day. She wanted La Trattoria as her meal. Now after being up for almost 24 hours traveling all night I’m forced at 6pm to come up with a plan B for dinner. The last time we ate in your establishment there was exactly one server for the entire restaurant. Service was slow but food was descent. It is my understanding that the restaurant is under new ownership. You need every ounce of support from people in Winchester if you want to succeed in running a restaurant. We try to support local businesses but I promise you after our last two encounters we are done with La Trattoria. You can’t cancel somebodies order over an hour after placing it and especially on Mother’s Day. Best of luck to you but I can promise you I’ll not spend another dime to support you.
Had a group of friends to join me here for dinner last night, and it couldn't of been better. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The new owners did not disappoint at all. I love this spot and will continue to visit them as often as I can. Oh and if you haven't tried the cheese cake..... your doing yourself wrong 10/10.thank you all so much for a great evening. ❤️ 💋
Spent $25 on a margherita pizza and $9 on bruschetta for it be burnt to a crisp, the bruschetta to be half assed and also burnt to a crisp. Obviously had to eat it cause the whole order was $65. Didn’t even have half the stuff we ordered. Very underwhelming, staff was very passive aggressive when I politely asked for a partial refund.. who charges someone $60 for “authentic Italian” and let’s a bunch of talentless “cooks” burn the food and call it good. You guys should be ashamed doing this to good paying locals and not making your mistakes right. Pathetic you can’t even make it right and would rather just be snide.
