a month agoWatched the Cavaliers game order cheese steak sandwich couldn't eat it the meat was Tough and salty the staff was friendly service was good will return just not for the food.

3 months agoEverytime I door dash it takes a hour. Then when they say it is ready it never is ready still has to wait an extra 15-30 minutes

4 months agoThe food looks delicious on DoorDash, but not for the size. I called to double check on the size of the food for today for the SuperBowl, and the receptionist lady was extremely rude and doesn’t deserve to work in customer service or hospitality. I hope she takes this review as a courtesy to treat and talk to others with some respect.

5 months agoOver an hour wait for a damn pizza and 10 wings is outrageous. Do not come here, didn’t even apologize for the wait or offer something for it. Order was wrong on top of it.

8 months agoLady Luck has always a chill spot to pop in to, for me. The cash out speed was lacking tonight, that's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, all love. Til next time. 💞

9 months agoIt's okay. Could use an update, but I guess for what it is and the location it's in, it's exactly what you'd expect. As for the drinks I tried a watermelon slushie. For $5 I expected it to taste better. It was watered down tasting. The barmaid who served my husband and I was really nice. The highlight is watching the pool games going on on the two tables in there. No room to do any line dancing should a song be played that gets folks to their feet. Nonetheless, it happens to be one of my husband's regular spots to visit. Visit for yourself and decide.

10 months agoI rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Lady Luck LT Bar and Grill was disappointing enough that I feel others deserve a warning. From the moment I walked in, the environment was off — unwelcoming, tense, and far from what you'd expect at a local bar and grill. The service was extremely rude, and unfortunately, that attitude seemed to come from the top down. The owner in particular was shockingly disrespectful, not just to me but to others around me as well. It's one thing to have an off day, but this seemed to be standard behavior. The food was no better. I ordered a simple burger and fries, and what I received looked and tasted like it had been microwaved. The fries were soggy and limp, and the burger was just sad — absolutely not worth the price they’re charging. For what they’re asking, you'd expect at least fresh, decent-quality food, but this was far from it. Between the poor food quality, inflated prices, and toxic atmosphere created by the staff (especially the owner), I honestly have no idea how this place is still in business. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.
