We Came for a car wash and had great food! The boudin balls were excellent, fried perfectly with a crisp, golden exterior and a hot, flavorful center. They weren’t greasy at all, just light and crunchy on the outside with that classic, well seasoned boudin inside.They have a house made tartar sauce that’s really good! You could taste the freshness, and it paired perfectly with the richness of the boudin without overpowering it. We will be back again for more and for the Huevos Mexicans plate.
