a year agoThis is not a place to come and sit down and eat, but once I was invited to eat a group of breakfast with Georgia sausage, side of Home fries, and scrambled eggs with toast and I was hooked. I have been going for years ever since.

2 years agoAin’t nothing like a whole in the wall/mom & pop store and restaurant. The prices are unbeatable, the quantity and quality is the best in the city hands down. I’ve been all over the world a few times over so trust when I say…go get some fish asap!!!

3 years agoThe taste of the food is okay. I've had worst. However, I was beyond disappointed by the small portions. Literally, after 5 scoops with my fork the rice was completely gone. I have NEVER gone to a restaurant to buy food and received such a small portion. The plate was not even half full and the plate was the smallest size takeout dinner plate. Most restaurants at least put a good amount of rice to give the illusion that the plate is adequately full. This restaurant didn't even bother to try and make it seem as though they were interested in gaining customers. It is definitely not worth the money mainly because you're not getting your money's worth. You'll end up spending more money for more food. Might as well just go somewhere else from the beginning.

4 years agoEverything was cooked nicely but so bland. It would be nice if they had outdoor eating area. I think they're a little pricey for breakfast and the shrimp are rather small. They encourage cash paying customers or you'll have a 4% charge with card. That's not ideal but I get it. The locals love this eatery and stay busy. You can call-in your orders but they're so busy, you may not get an answer. Overall, they were okay. (11/19/21)

7 years agoWell damn, where can I start. I got myself a grouper platter with hush pups and mac and cheese. I rarely am completely satisfied with a meal, but this one was an exception. Mac and cheese came out piping hot. Hush puppies were fried to perfection, crispy outside and moist inside. Grouper was nicely seasoned and the sauces that came with it accompanied it perfectly. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend you stop by!
