See All ReviewsMe and my friend went for a beer and appetizer - when checking out we asked to split the bill. She had 2 beers and ACP - total $38 - she was shocked - I said the beers were $9 each = 18 and she actually ordered the dinner ACP so made sense. Then my turn I had 2 beers so $18 and only ordered ala carte 2 taquitos and a cheese dip - total $38. The owner was rude and argued I ordered the dinner and I said this is why I have not been here for 3 years. I tried to look up the prices on the menu and guess what - there are none so she can just randomly charge whatever she wants - NEVER going back!! This place Sucks!!
Good food and place, but gave me one lemon in my drink and two napkins when asked. (I asked for lots of lemons in my sweet tea when drinks when ordered and received one)
the staff were extremely rude. Despite me very clearly ordering my nachos they came out wrong, and I overheard a staff member speaking in Spanish to another staff member, unknowing that I am a Spanish speaker, about their attempt to hide the refried beans on the bottom after I asked for no refried beans. This is disgraceful customer service! It took several minutes for my food to be made correctly despite my very clear order w the server. By the time my nachos came out without the beans my daughter had already finished her food. My nachos were still not correct and I had to request again for the order to be made correctly. I had to ask several times for napkins, fork, boxes. It was not described to me that switching tomatoes for pico would be an additional charge. You would think that a restaurant would be willing to accommodate after they incorrectly Prepare your food two times. I am baffled that the staff were attempting to conspire in Spanish right in front of me, not knowing that I understand everything they are saying. When I attempted to calmly address this with the staff at checkout, I was gaslighted and patronized, as if I didn’t understand how to read a menu. They were unwilling to hear my perspective of my experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff and charges were ridiculous for crap Mexican food. I cannot believe that I spent over $60 for one adult and one toddler.
