Really good pupusas here! I'll come back again! 😀
I ordered popusas Revueltas unfortunately very bland barely any meat in the inside masa had no taste. It’s very unfortunate because the customer service is great. Also I ordered 10 popusas and they put 5 and 5 and they got all squished I think they should be wrapped separately.
We came to California for a quick trip from Phoenix & stopped by this pupuseria, it was amazing! The food was so delicious, probably the best pupusas Ive had. The service was great, very humble & attentive to our needs. Definitely worth the trip & definitely coming back again!
First time trying this place. I had the huevos rancheros plate. It was better than expected. The place is clean and decor is nice. Some items I suggest need attention are: the menu is too plain (no description of what the plates consist of or pictures would help). Their coffee could be better (fresh brewed goes a long way). Inside the dining area was too dark, no lights on. IDK if they are trying to save on energy bills. Second visit, food overall taste is very good. The curtido needs some work, though. The Horchata was very good!! Again, the dining area is still too DARK.
Second time I order from here, they have their register automatically set to tip them 15%. I ordered some pupusas took them to work I had saved some for dinner as I was eating I bit on a nail and spat it out. Whoever is cooking you're nasty do that at home not at work.
The best Salvadoreña food in the city of Ontario, hands down! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an amazing dining experience. The service is top-notch, with staff that make you feel right at home. The portions are generous, ensuring you'll leave fully satisfied, and the food itself is an absolute delight. Everything is so authentic and clearly prepared with care, giving you that comforting, home-cooked meal feeling. Each dish bursts with rich, traditional flavors, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving truly authentic Salvadoreña cuisine! Tell them Jaime sent you!
If your really want to try delicious salvadorean food this is the place. Food is great it's like eating home made food.
Food was good, service was ok but only thing I could say about the restaurant is that beverages prices are way to high, I asked for ice with water and they brought us a Kirkland water bottle and a cup with ice, when was time to paid they charged us 2dlrs per water ( when a 40count case at Costco costs less than 4dlrs) I was in shock that they charged the money for a water, when usually regular restaurants don't charge for water.
