I am a 3x returning customer for the same order birria tacos steak first 2x no problem my 3rd time I went in and ordered also tipped!it was only 1 customer at the time and me and the bartender and cook once other people arrived the vibe changed while I was waiting for my order the bartender and the others were in a group talking laughing I’m not familiar with the language but I knew because they were looking at me once my food was done the bartender let it sit and continued to talk until I got up and mentioned were is my food and he ignored me and handed my food and I left I won’t be back racist clearly sad.
The food is delicious but no one understands English which makes it difficult to place a pickup order! I cancelled a sizable order because they couldn’t understand me! I suggest they hire a few more bilingual people to take their orders over the phone! I kept saying someone was picking the food up and the lady said we don’t have delivery! We’ve gotten food from them before with a little bit of a language barrier, but it’s gotten worse!
Very nice and clean place. Bartender is the best. Nice guy. Allowed some people to sit in and stay out the rain. That was very nice of him.
