See All ReviewsI absolutely love this place!! You have tonsit an let Kareema, the owner pour you a Moroccan tea!!! The Chicken Tahini is amazing too! Great atmosphere and very clean!
Went tonight for a birthday celebration with the family. Food was tasty but the portions were ridiculously small. I spent $34 for lamb chop dish that had 3 tiny lamb chops a little couscous and side veggies they forgot to bring until I reminded them. I get that we are living in inflation RN but I can literally get a similar dish at Carrabbas with over triple the portion for $10 less and walk out satisfied instead of hungry like I am now. My wife who is not a big eater ordered a fish dinner which was paper thin and less than 4 ounces and she walked out hungry too. Our checks had a built in 20% gratuity so nobody stiffed then on the tip like they are claiming. We spent $150 for 3 people for essentially appetizer sized dinner meal portions, some hummus and sweet warm tea. This is definitely one of the worst dining experiences of our lives. Just look at how the owner responds to their customers that post critical reviews. Something is really wrong with these people. Avoid at all costs.
My husband and I ate here before going to the orchestra. It was amazing! We got there about 6:15 on a Friday night and there were a few other people dining as well. We loved the atmosphere and our waiter was perfect. We started with the classic hummus and pita bread and it did not disappoint! I had the chicken a la Mima. The chicken was so tender and easy to pull off the bone with a fork. The spices they used were amazing. My husband had lamb chops, chicken skewers and kefta skewers (I forgot the name of the menu item, it's like a sampler, but with sides) He said it was perfectly cooked and delicious. He also ordered the Moroccan tea and he really enjoyed it, it had a minty flavor. We rarely order dessert, but we splurged and I'm so glad we did. It was probably the best cheesecake I have ever had. It was very creamy, not crumbly, and had chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled on top with fresh blueberries. If you're in the area, try this place, you won't be disappointed.
