This place is a gem!! I've been eating at Lee's since 1993 and its always amazing for the price. That said, have realistic expectations..its a fried seafood shack, expect 2 pieces of lettuce and watered down dressing. Also expect a go box thats almost too full to close. Perfectly fried, cornmeal battered catfish and shrimp is why i go there..not for salad. If you read this Lee's seafood..maybe try pasta salad for a change. Amazing food for a great price..bring your common sense and leave your snivveling at home.
Food was not what I expected! My salad was not any good and it seemed as tho they were trying to hide it with sauce. Also I had a popcorn shrimp with hair on it and one that was fried with the complete shell on it! Very disappointed! Gave two starts for the amount of food given.
Popcorn shrimp dinner was fried in cornmeal and was so full the lid would not close properly. They were seasoned well, hot and delicious! The drive-thru was tight and bumpy, but drivable.
