I was in the Speldora area with my family. We searched google for BBQ near us and we filtered our searches by places with the best google reviews. This place had good reviews and the pics of the food looked very good too. We decided to make an order and we took it home. 1st, the guy that served us was a very nice and friendly person. While bagging our plates he even showed them to me so we would see how they were served and packed. I really liked that the trailer looked clean and so did the outdoor eating area. A great outdoor experience for those that like to do that. We ordered the stuffed spuds. We really enjoyed the food. The brisket was moist and flavorful. The potatoes were big and not dry. I kinda like sausage, i only like certain types but their jalepeno sausage was delicious. As expected, we enjoyed it all. This place is a must try if you are near Splendora. We will see you guys soon
I've been wanting to try this place. Stopped by on my way home from work today. Food was fantastic! The ribs were fall off the bone flavorful. The brisket was delicious with a beautiful smoke ring and the Mac and Cheese was heavenly. Ill be back!
Don’t judge a book by its cover! This is a food trailer next to a gas station and a fireworks stand. I’d place the food here next to any of the “true Texas bbq” joints! Huge portions, perfect smoky flavor and served on an aluminum plate like God intended!
