Holy cow, what an amazing breakfast taco. I have lived in Austin a while, and this is one of the best breakfast tacos I have had here. Piping hot, and the ingredients are all fresh. I especially loved the potato egg and cheese, which had the potato cut a little bigger with the outside skin a bit crispy. I will definitely be back :)
