Won’t return. Ever. Wasn’t worth the money. The portions were surprisingly small, and the service was disappointing. Multiple requests for additional orders were ignored, and when we mentioned that the first steak order had been forgotten, the server handed us a pair of scissors and suggested we cut another piece in half instead. We asked for a manager within the first 15 minutes and was told “okay, you finish and pay”. We’re still not sure what exactly that was supposed to mean since we were only there a short time but the manager never came to our table. The sauce bar was so dirty we didn’t want to touch it and the sides bar had nasty old wontons on it. When we asked for fresh wontons we were told it would cost extra. Worst part - they charge full price for a 9 year old who happens to be tall for his age - who has an extremely light appetite. When we asked for a price , we were rudely told “you will pay full price!” Definitely won’t return to this establishment. Rude service, dirty everything and the food was okay at best. The bathrooms were nasty too. We gave up within the first 45 minutes and we went to the fast food restaurant next door to finish our dinner, after paying almost $200 for an extremely bad experience. (3 adults, 1 child) Would give a -10 review if possible.
Good service. Our server was friendly and attentive and had good suggestions. We were served immediately. He checked on us several times. Most of the food was good. I like the ramen noodles, pork dumplings, chefs secret beef, angus flat tail, and squash. The short ribs weren’t very good, too chewy to eat. The fried food seemed like it had been sitting out a while. I like the serve yourself toppings bar and the fresh fruit bar. Good value for your money.
This was my first time going to a hot pot, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was terrific; there wasn’t any wait time for a table. Our server, Jillian, was very knowledgeable and helpful in her recommendations! She assisted us every step of the way on how to do everything! I will say if you’ve never done this before, it can be overwhelming. However, it’s definitely worth it for the experience! If you have Jillian or another server like her, you’ll be in terrific hands!
