See All ReviewsKalie Y was the goat!!! Me and My girlfriend went out, never been in the area, before. Me and my girlfriend asked about food and she did not disappoint! The margarita’s were amazing! The fajitas…. Amazing! She was constantly checking in making sure the food and everything was ok. Highly recommended.
Stopped in before the Minnesota Monsters AFL game. Our server Al was amazing and got things rolling for us immediately. Started with the raspberry marg and waters with bottomless chips and salsa Fresca. Ordered the Carolina Carnitas Quesadilla and my wife has the Chipotle Chicken Bacon Wrap. Both came out within 5 mins and were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend you stop here on your trip to Duluth. Atmosphere was friendly and inviting with spacious booths and fun Tex Mex decor. Probably stopping back after the game for another 42oz marg that was only $15.
I visited Little Angie’s Cantina with my husband on an overcast, cool day. Since the patio was closed due to the weather, we sat inside at the bar. We immediately noticed the bar top finish is very sticky—nothing slides across it without a lot of force, which was pretty annoying. The highlight was definitely the drinks. We ordered two frozen grande margaritas, which were massive, refreshing, and hit the spot. For dinner, my husband had the steak fajitas, which were good, and I had the Longhorn burrito, which was a huge, filling house specialty. However, we were pretty disappointed by the chili con queso. It is an extra charge and literally just standard chips and cheese dip, which felt like a letdown for the price 😕.As for the hospitality, the service was fine in terms of speed, but the staff was not the friendliest. We got our food without a long wait, but a welcoming attitude would have gone a long way. It is a decent spot in Canal Park for a giant drink, but the food, sticky bar, and cold service don't quite match the price tag.
