See All ReviewsWhen my wife found the chicken an rice soup to have too much pepper and could not eat it on a soup and sandwich lunch, they offered no other item in it's place. Usually drinks come withstraws. Not this time. No refill on the lemnsade either. Smoke sausage sandwhich with saurkraut on a bun, please don't drenmch the bun with kraut juice. Boy, this place is slipping.
The food flavor and portion sizes were good and the environment conducive to conversation. Service was timely despite the busyness of the venue. No regrets.
Stopped into Little Chef and ordered the Veggie Benny, and honestly—so good. The plate came out looking insanely comforting: perfectly runny yolks under a thick, velvety blanket of hollandaise, plus sautéed veggies tucked in there for flavor and color. The hollandaise was the standout for me—super smooth, rich, and not overly tangy. The hash browns were crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the whole dish felt like the kind of breakfast that just makes your day better. The environment at Little Chef is simple and cozy—definitely on the tighter side, but in a way that feels homey rather than cramped. It has that classic small-spot charm where you can sit, enjoy your food, and relax.
