Do not use the word “Thai” in your restaurant name if you cant even make the right pad thai. I order this so called pad thai and its nothing like pad thai at all. Taste bland not a hint of sweet not even a little salt no fish sauce, not even crush peanuts and no lime on the side. Not a hint of spicy i dont even know what im eating. I didnt even eat it after couple of try. Tiny eggroll dont taste good either, wont even recommend this place.
I don’t often feel the urge to leave a review, but I’ve lived in NY for 15 years, and have eaten a ton of Thai food. This might be the best I’ve ever had, and I can’t believe it was delivery. I definitely have to check this place out in person. Give it a try, it’s worth it. Thank you to the kitchen staff, who we can tell made this with love and intention.
I had a horrible delivery experience with them once before but decided to give them another chance tonight. I ordered my food at 7:16pm. I was told latest arrival would be 7:55. At 7:59 I got an update saying it would be delivered at “8:01 or later”. At 8:03 I asked for an update with no response. 8:15 asked for an update… no response. 8:39 I called and was told the order was on its way and would be there soon. I was sent a tracking link and texted the driver. At 9:00 I still hadn’t heard back so I called the restaurant and was hung up on TWICE. I contacted Uber and got a refund. Never again. Do NOT order from here.
