The plates are huge and a great deal! We tried the Kalbi & Hawaiian fried chicken with it’s accompanying mac salad rice and ramen cabbage slaw. It was the end of the night but the quality did NOT suffer. They gave us a free spam musubi too🥹🫶 We will be making this a pit stop next time we head to the beach !
I recently visited Loft Hawaiian Grill and ordered the Korean BBQ beef plate. The beef was tender and very flavorful, though a few pieces were a bit dry. The cabbage salad and macaroni salad were both delicious—I just wish the portions were a little larger. The dining area looked nice (I didn’t dine in), and the customer service was great. Overall, a solid meal and a good experience.
Been coming here for at least 4 years, food always good and good portions. Had a terrible experience today where i ordered beef katsu plate and the portion was less than half of what i typically get, so I went up and asked if there was a mistake. Without even looking the kids at the front said yes thats normal and I told them that it wasn’t because I've been coming here for a while. After pushing they said they would make some more for me. I wish i took a picture of the original plate which was about ten thin strips of wafer thin katsu. I would describe the portion as a kids portion. I did take a picture of what they brought the second time. Felt like an absolute slap in the face and when I confronted the lady she said that the staff felt like that was enough for me. Never written a review until now because i feel so disrespected. Lost a loyal customer today.
