Update: I spoke with the actual manager (the girl from Sunday who portrayed herself as a manager, not once but twice, was not the manager) and she was nice. She is going to remake the pizza & I can pick it up anytime. I guess we'll see how it goes when I pick them up. This is not my week. Just got yelled at by the shift supervisor who yelled & screamed at me because they messed up my food. They gave me the wrong pizzas. Person that picked them up got home & I looked at them & said this isn't what I ordered. Called the store & she blamed me for her mistake when questioned about why my food was wrong. Stating we'll then you should've picked them up yourself. Stated my pizza left the store with another lady with the last name of Davis. Then when I stated I didn't want a pizza that left the store she stayed it never left the store & was on top of the oven. I was given the pizza that left the store. You could tell because there was a hand print in the pizza & a greasy hand print on the box. Asked for the owner & the shift supervisor said, " She doesn't come in to the store & she'll side with me". I was also told she didn't care if we came back or not. 5 years of dedication & a lot of money later this is how I was treated. PLEASE, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I tried so hard to like this place. They list a 21 deal for pizza bread sticks and a 2 liter but neglect to tell you ts 25 dollars not 21. The pizza is awful the cheese is cheap the mushrooms are canned. My pets wouldn't even eat the left overs. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
They are rude. Leo is unprofessional, they messed up on my pizzas. BOTH pizzas were DRY after paying for extra sauce and no pinnaples on one. and then I called to leave a voicemail because they were closed so today I reach out to let them know that this kind of service is not okay. Then He proceeds to say he calls the shots and its mom and pops so have fun calling corporate and there is nothing he can do while laughing about said situation. And just said there is nothing that i can do and to have a wonderful day while having a sarcastic tone. I simply do not appreciate it and will never come back so unprofessional and lack of communication...
