It's a place that has all kinds of Latin food, but since it's a Honduran restaurant, it really reflects their culture. The food is delicious, it's clean, and the waitresses are very friendly. The only downside is that it's very small and doesn't have much parking.
I recently stepped into Los Catrachos II Restaurant, and it was definitely a memorable experience. The atmosphere is the first thing that hits you—it’s beautifully set up and vibrant, even on a quieter night. It has a lovely buzz that makes it a great spot to hang out and have a few beers with friends at great prices. The staff were generally kind and friendly, making me feel right at home with their genuine warmth. When the food finally arrived, it was simply delicious and bursting with authentic flavors. I had the Pollo a la Parrilla and the Carne Asada, and they were both perfectly cooked. The suggestion to pair them with the plantains was spot-on—they were the ideal accompaniment. Crucially, I had to note the service issues. Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't flawless. My dish took an extremely long time—around 38 minutes—and when it finally reached the table, it was served cold. For the price point, which felt high for the portion and quality of service, this was disappointing. If you’re in a hurry, this might not be your best bet. However, if you can settle in for a while and don't mind the loud but conversational noise level, the authentic flavor and friendly staff make it a place worth visiting. Just be prepared for potential delays and maybe grab a coffee before you leave!
