I recently tried Los Machetes Taqueria LLC and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the chorizo quesadilla, and it was very oily and overly salty, which made it hard to enjoy. The flavor was more overwhelming than balanced. This is usually my go-to taco truck, but I’ll be taking a break for now and hope to have a better experience next time.
