Chips were thick & hard.So I asked for flour chips & was told NO ,they were too busy.🤷what So I asked again a few minutes later &said she could send them with the meal & again was told NO, too busy. They were only our table & 1more needing our meal. Telling me no was not the way ya run a business. I was willing to pay as well. Smh. Also the charro beans were bland ,rice was terrible. Fajitas was the only decent thing I got .The young girl serving us had flip flops on, hair not pulled back & eating at the register. She also was serving salsa & splashed some on her hand & she licked it off . Ewee...Left a small tip but prolly won't be back .. disappointed very much ,funny thing a few years ago they were my favorite when I lived there!
I cannot recommend this catering company enough. They provided the food and service for a loved one’s funeral, and everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and compassion during a very difficult time for our family. very special thank you to Isabel, who helped me with absolutely everything from start to finish. She was kind, patient, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her support made it so much easier to manage. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service they provifed and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of catering, especially for such meaningful occasions.
The tacos here are great. They are the only people in town using real breakfast sausage and not something precooked from what I've tried. There can be a language barrier there sometimes but that's how you know its going to be good 😅
Really love this restaurant it’s a little mom and pop stop. Family oriented, everyone is friendly there the portions of food for the price are great. The enchiladas my favorite thing to eat there, they are filled with flavor , have the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The tacos are good size too. It’s a good open space.
Went inside sat down for 10 minutes and the owner walked by and never said a word. Poor service won’t be back
Great food. I enjoyed my visit to Orange Grove, Texas With my family and we had breakfast there. Later they catered my brother in laws birthday party where I met Hugo and his wife. They are 2 very nice people and his family as well that attended us earlier. Great place to visit and enjoy a meal.
We are locals and were repeatedly overcharged by same older woman who (we think) is part owner. We were finally overcharged one too many times and just stopped ever going there. If they close down, it will be because they lost customers from overcharging and being too tight in meal prep (using bacon "essence" rather than actual bacon).
Food was decent, but what got me, was that, I came in and sat down, for a few minutes and noticed it was warm in the restaurant. I then asked the young waitress, if she could turn on the A/C window unit, because it was hot. She politely did it, and it was starting to get comfortable when an elderly waitress came by and turned the A/C way up to 76°F, where it would not turn on at all. It's been a long, hard day. I didn't expect to eat, in the heat, of a restaurant, please do better, by your customers.
