I ordered a lb of carnitas. Gotta confess I was a but iffy about it. Even though it was only one pound, it was deliver to my residence. I was pleasantly surprised because the carnitas had very good flavor and were very moist. Will definitely order again but not soon because carnitas is not a food item we like to eat often (so we dont get tired of it).
