See All ReviewsThis was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. When I walked in, the employee at the register did not greet me and handed me the menu in a way that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. From the start, I did not feel like a valued customer. I also had issues with the service after being seated even though i was ordering to pick up inside. Despite leaving a good tip in the beginning before my food was even made, basic service expectations were not met, including bringing a drink i asked for. The overall attitude I received throughout my visit made the experience uncomfortable. Afterward, I called to speak with management to share my concerns. The person who answered the phone was that same rude lady from the front register, who is always just standing there texting and doing nothing, unwilling to transfer me to a manager and repeatedly stating that she was the manager. Unfortunately, the conversation was handled with the same attitude that I experienced in person. She did not want to transfer me to someone above her and kept saying in a rude manner what do I want. So no matter if I said, It's about you and your rachid behavior towards me," she would continue saying what do you want in that Honduran accent. So I knew there she didn't want anyone to know I was going to make a complaint on her. I hope ownership or management addresses these customer service concerns. Good food alone is not enough when customers feel unwelcome. Based on this first time experience at this place, I do not plan to return. She was Salvadoran or Honduran by the accent. I'm Mexican, and I know most real Mexican restaurants with real Mexicans are always friendly and welcoming, with a lot of positivity. This lady was just flat-out negative from the moment she looked at me. It's simply racist behavior, in my personal opinion, and it's not a real Mexican restaurant with real friendly Mexican people.
New to this area. The food at this restaurant is going from great to worse. Not sure what is causing it but it could be the restaurant does not have a consistent chef. When I was placing my order the #2 person running this restaurant is telling me she is going to pack my food to go. I did not asked for a to go meal. As a matter of fact I stated I was going to eat at the outside table. And my meal needs to be dine in. The to go packing so much less food. The price for my meals was 50.00 I got my receipt to prove it. The food was not well prepared, it was like trash being served to a Homeless person. My meal Camerones a la diabla was a take out size portion. My son had a rib eye and shrimp plate. The steak was hard and dry making it a plate to be returned to the #2 person to have it remade! Every time I visit this establishment they are Rude to me and i am disrespected. I am calling their attitude towards me as discrimination!!! No one should have to go through this. This place needs a reliable trained Chef who does not change the way the food is made. So disappointed in this place.
