Louie's has the best pizza in the world!! My absolute favorite! Their subs are amazing as well.
Best pizza in Newark hands down. Haven't had it in years and tried it again for the first time the other day and the service was great and I forgot all about this staple restaurant. The family environment, very friendly staff, and great 11 in pep pizza. Cant go wrong with Louie's even when they are busy, they make you feel like you matter. The only reason it is a 4 star and not a 5 is that it is cash only so it is a little inconvenient to go get cash out just to get pizza but we'll worth it in my opinion.
Visited tonight and ask for ham subs and a pizza. When I got home there was nothing but salami on my sub. 🤮 I'm allergic to salami. I was VERY specific on ham ONLY. The pepperoni on the pizza for my better half was very slimey. Pepperoni needs to be put on top so it gets crispy not underneath toppings so it ends up greasy and slimey
