The food was amazing, nothing like the Pho you’d get at buffets or generic restaurants. The waitress and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. The grilled banana sticky rice was fantastic as well. 10/10 will visit again.
The food was good. The ingredients appeared fresh and flavorful. The service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I ordered pho, which was brought out quickly in what looked like a stainless steel bowl. While waiting, I noticed the floor was quite dirty, and a trip to the restroom left me with wet hands because there were no paper towels in the dispenser. The server never came by to check on me or offer to refill my water, which arrived with only a couple of mostly melted ice cubes. The dishes and flatware were definitely budget items. I would recommend this restaurant for take-out or a quick bite. I wouldn’t recommend it for a date, except for maybe a young couple.
I’m not even from El Paso but I fell in love with this spot! The food was delicious but the service was even more incredible! My server Izzy was on top of it the entire time! The owner was kind and so very accommodating and attentive to all her customers! The food was authentic and I can’t wait to try this place again!
