Although they didn't have the ice cream that I wanted the food was banging the food was worth driving down there and trying that spot when I say they put some love in it they put some love in it

I visited this spot on a Sunday afternoon to get dinner for myself and my fiance because I didn't feel like cooking at home myself. Plus I wanted to give it a try because of all the reviews I was seeing on social media were good. The lady at the front window took my order was friendly. I ordered catfish dinner and fried chicken dinner. She told me that it would be about 30 minutes until I get my food because they make everything fresh. The food came out about 30 minutes later. I ordered the catfish for myself and the chicken for my fiance. The fish was not good at all!!! I don't believe it was catfish to begin with the breading fell off the fish as soon as I picked it up to eat it. And the fish had a mushy texture to not the texture of catfish. The cornbread and macaroni and cheese was really good tho but not so much the cabbage and sweet potatoes. I spent over $50 for it not to be good 😒.
