Always the best in Houston. Biggest and Most Flavorful. Never overcooked!
LTK is easily one of the best crawfish spots in Houston. The flavor is EVERYTHING super garlicky, well-seasoned, and consistent every time. And on top of that, the pricing is actually reasonable, which is hard to find these days. It’s definitely a mom-and-pop style spot you order at the counter, nothing fancy, just straight to the point. But don’t let that fool you… this place gets PACKED. It can be hard to find a table, and the line will literally wrap around the place sometimes. That’s how you know it’s good. Pro tip: come at a good time or be ready to wait. They do have other items on the menu, but honestly… we always come for the crawfish and it never disappoints. ALSO BYOB! If you’re in Houston and love crawfish, this spot is a must.
Here’s a polished version of your review with stronger flow and clarity: I recently visited this business, and I have to say—I was extremely impressed. The crawfish were outstanding, both in size and flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve had. I’ll be honest, there was a line stretched all the way outside when I arrived, but don’t let that discourage you. They have an efficient system in place that keeps things moving, and the wait was absolutely worth it. If you’re craving high-quality, flavorful crawfish, I highly recommend giving this spot a try!
I might visit again. This was our first visit. We had the crawfish. I added eggs, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Everything is sold ala carte'. S/N they take 1 potatoe and cut it into 4s and charge for 4 pieces. They offer seasoning and "butter" you get yourself. The butter is more oil than butter and has NO taste. It is a VERY busy place and it is hard to keep the tables cleaned and trash emptied. We all got 2lbs of crawfish and they had a good mix of medium and large sized crawfish. We sat on the inside but they have outside seating. Oh and it's BYOB.
Very low frills but well known establishment. The crawfish were delicious stuff so flavorful. The seafood rice was fire. The catfish was fried well but could be seasoned a little more. The French fries are 0/10 but you didn't come here for the fries. The patio is cool but the flies and wind can get out of control. Overall, definitely a must at least once in the season.
I have heard so much about this place I just had to try it they were okay but not as hyped up as I have heard,I did enjoy the BYOB option.
This place has great food, especially the crawfish! However I wish that they could do something about their phone. I drove pretty far to go there with my family, and when we got there, they had sold out of crawfish. I made several attempts to call prior to going, but the phone line is ALWAYS busy!
The food here was delicious and very well-priced. Excellent quality crawfish for a very good price (less than $5 a pound when we went). The sausage was very tasty, as were the potatoes and corn. We also got the snow crab, which was admittedly pretty pricey at $30 per pound (which came out to 2 leg clusters). I would honestly skip the crab for next time (just for sheer price), since the real highlight here is the crawfish itself. The wait time was rather short for us, but we came in around 4pm. The seating was very loose and somewhat busy, so we did have to wait a bit to snag a table for ourselves. Luckily , there are seats outside the restaurant (though it's hard to sit out there in these hot summer days). This place is BYOB and lots of people were enjoying themselves in a very casual, laid back, enjoyable manner. Overall, for several pounds of crawfish, a couple clusters of snow crab, some garlic sausage, some corn and potatoes, and a drink, our total came out to just over $70 for two people. It was definitely worth the price, in my opinion. I'd recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good quality, affordable crawfish. I can't wait to come back here soon!
