This is exactly what Newtown was missing.. Lucatelli's is an amazing Italian pizzeria .. Meglio’s used to be our go to - but they continually keep jacking up their prices little by little.. Lucatelli's Is an absolute gem here in Newtown, Just like their location in Doylestown. Highly recommend!
Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. Ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza (see photo) and when I brought it home it was soggy, saucy mess that looked like it had been sitting in its own steam for 20 minutes. The mozzarella rounds had no pull. The cheesesteak was forgettable at best, the fries were mediocre, and the whole meal felt like it was coasting on the idea of being a pizzeria without actually trying to be a good one. Save yourself the trip. Meglio's is right there and they actually know what they're doing. Lucatelli's is a pass.
