See All ReviewsVisited Lucille’s for lunch while I was in the area 🍽️✨ When we arrived, they were serving their brunch menu. I didn’t realize that beforehand and probably would have planned my visit around their lunch or dinner menu instead, simply because those options seem more aligned with my personal preferences. During my visit, I ordered the chicken and waffles along with the fried green tomato appetizer and the chili biscuits 🍗🧇🍅 Out of everything I tried, the fried green tomatoes were definitely the standout favorite for me 😍 They were flavorful and easily the dish I would order again. The rest of the food was good overall, especially considering brunch-style dishes are not usually my first choice. I did find the menu somewhat limited for my personal taste. The chili biscuits were also much smaller than I expected, although they did have good flavor. Others who enjoy brunch-style dishes would probably appreciate the selection more than I did. The waitstaff was very pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which always makes for a better dining experience 🙌🏽 Overall, it’s a nice restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. If the menu offerings align with your tastes, I’d definitely say give them a try 😊
Never disappoints! Cocktails were nice. Food was flavorful. The wings were very over cooked so I did send them back. They had live music for the sunday bunch crowd and the band did an amazing job!!
Nice place. 1st time ever going even thought I've driven or ridden past in multiple times before. Definitely a hidden gem. In my opinion the food was good but not super flavorful. Portions are small compared to prices charged as well. As for the plate I had, it was the catfish and grits along with the extra ox tail meat. Fish was super crunchy. Grits were ok....I added cheese which I could see was in there but not melted in. Grits portion was a little light. Oxtails was ok but not much flavor either. Server was extra nice, Richard, I think his name was, kept on top of us and provided excellent service!
