I didn't expect to find fantastic German food on Key Largo, but my taste buds are very happy right now. This is an semi hidden gem, even with maps on we almost missed the spot. It's in an old gas station and the signs are discrete and hand done. We tried the truffle fries, bratwurst, Jager schnitzel and chicken n donuts. Yes, chicken n donuts! Hubby says he is content to die if that is his last meal. Homemade glazed donut pillows and drumsticks with a fantastic pineapple Asian flavored sauce. Everything was exceptional. The staff was nice and able to give suggestions, we'll be back to try the Brussel sprouts! The owner/ chef popped out to say hello and helped me pick our dessert. Fantastic German beer selection as well. And freshly made desserts and pastries!

Awesome food. Fed vegetarians, gluten-free, picky kids, and foodies at one meal. Good wine and beer list. Great desserts.
