We stopped there and were not disappointed. The food was a little pricey but worth it. We got the jerk chicken bowl with rice and peas, and the beef short ribs with Rasta pasta and plantains. The Rasta pasta definitely had the Rasta in it and the shorts ribs were tender and flavorful. The jerk chicken was good as well. My bf had that so I can’t really comment. Fernando and the other guy whose name I did not get were great. They were nice and offered recommendations. The vibe in the back of the restaurant was cozy and bright at the same time.
I recently went to Lydia, Dupont location for the first time and i was a little bit skeptical, but i really really enjoy the food. My drink was amazing as well. Dwight was my server and did and splendid job and making sure my friends and I had a good first experience. We will be returning!
10/10 experience from start to finish! Everything was absolutely amazing and the service truly made our time even better. Our server Dwight was the BEST—so kind, attentive, and accommodating. He made everything flow so smoothly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all top tier. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! 10/10 across the board 🥂✨
