I cannot say enough amazing things about Macy’s Pet Grooming in Union, NJ. They have been absolutely wonderful with my dog, Bella, and every experience we’ve had with them has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. I usually text Roger whenever I need to set up Bella’s grooming appointment, and he is always so responsive and helpful. Scheduling is so easy, and he always makes sure Bella is taken care of. That level of communication and reliability really means a lot to me as a pet owner. What I appreciate most is how genuinely caring they are with the dogs. Bella can sometimes be a little shy, but the team at Macy’s Pet Grooming is so patient and gentle with her. You can really tell they love animals and treat every pet like their own. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she is in good hands while she’s there. And of course, Bella always comes back looking absolutely adorable! Every single time I pick her up, she looks so clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. They do such an amazing job with her haircut and grooming, and they really pay attention to the little details. Bella always looks so cute and happy after her appointments. The shop itself is very welcoming and you can tell they take pride in their work. The staff is always friendly, warm, and professional. It’s rare to find a grooming place that you can fully trust with your dog, but Macy’s Pet Grooming has definitely earned that trust. If you are looking for a groomer who is kind, skilled, reliable, and truly cares about your pet, I highly recommend Macy’s Pet Grooming. This is my go to grooming spot. Im very specific with how i want the grooming on my dog and after i tried many places i finally found this one and they really are impressive + prices are absolutely reasonable and the owners are super friendly
