I ordered menudo, but it was extremely salty. I called the restaurant first and spoke to the cashier, who told me I could return it. When I went back, I was told they could not replace it or refund it because it was half eaten. I explained that I wasn’t asking for a full refund—just a replacement for the portion that was too salty. I’ve been a regular customer every other weekend and was really disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I ended up leaving the bag with half the menudo and walking out feeling unheard and upset.
The customer service was horrible , it was a family in there eating and the people who worked In the restaurant were calling me mean names in Spanish , the family that was eating were looking like REALLY , I’ve never felt so not welcome in a restaurant like I felt in here I’ve been here 5x and today was the day the true colors of racism showed. Never will I go here again were I was made to feel like that didn’t want to service me.
First I ordered a taco dinner which includes 3 tacos rice and refried beans on the sign it said :3 tacos, rice and refried beans with can pop for $8.99 she charged me $16.04 & told me when I asked about the pop she tell me it’s not included help me make sense of this!!
