Greatly disappointed that this restaurant was closed on a day it was supposed to be open. Wednesday 3-27-19.
Okay to start off I LOVE the food. However they are never open! The sign clearly says open and states the hours, however on several different occasions they either opened late or not at all. You either need to update your hours and sign or change something else.
I hate giving bad reviews because I am such a positive person and I usually just let things go, but I had a terrible experience here. I've heard nothing but good things about this place so I came here on my lunch break and was STARVING. I ordered the chicken shawarma, tipped a few dollars, and proceeded to wait outside for over 15 minutes. I'm not sure what could have taken so long since there was only me and one other customer waiting. I finally got my food and took it back to work with me since I was now running late. I began eating and was incredibly disappointed. The chicken was bone dry and there was absolutely no sauce. It was just pita, dry chicken, dry lettuce, and some pickles. I couldn't believe what a let down it was. I love Mediterranean food soooo much and it kills me to express my disappointment, but my experience was such a shame that I felt compelled to share my experience here. I assume that this isn't how every meal is there, but I am too disappointed and afraid to go back to find out. That all being said, I will end on a positive note. The pickles were the only thing I enjoyed. They had a good kick. However, that is all.
