Mai is the sweetest. I no longer attend Drexel, but she made my days there brighter. I'd always order the Chicken Lo Mein, and it was the best, it would always cheer me up. Every once in a while, I would eat a shrimp roll or a spring roll. Great pricing. I'll always remember Mai, and I hope that when I visit Philadelphia again, I'll take a trip to her food truck. Thank you, Mai!
