See All ReviewsVery disappointed with my experience. I ordered a baked sushi roll over the phone, but when I got home I realized they gave me a completely different roll with raw fish. I specifically ordered the baked one because I can’t eat raw fish, so the food ended up going to waste. What upset me even more was the way the situation was handled when I called back. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they just kept insisting that they heard a different roll from me. Mistakes happen, but basic customer service and accountability matter. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Definitely frustrating paying for food I couldn’t even eat.
My coworker introduced me to this place, so I went there for lunch. I think I'll be using it often in the future. The price is really the best. Fried rice is under $10. Most of the food is around $10, so it's really cheap. The amount of food for one person is enough for two. The taste is also excellent. The side dishes change constantly. Since it is self-service, there is less burden on tipping. There is nothing lacking.
9/10 Food was absolutely outstanding. The seafood is fantasticly fresh and satisfyingly delicious. Highly recommend the spicy seafood soup and the chef special sushi combo.
