I've made this Mama Margie’s my regular morning drive-thru stop to bring breakfast for some of my office staff. After trying many other restaurants in the area, I keep coming back here because they consistently get my order right, and the service is always fast, friendly, and professional. One employee in particular deserves special recognition: Clarisa. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Whether she's bringing my order to my car or serving at the drive-thru window, she always remembers me and greets me with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. Her kindness and positive energy have brightened many of my mornings and often set the tone for a great day ahead. Kudos to Clarisa for her exceptional service and to the entire team at this Mama Margie’s for maintaining such a welcoming and efficient operation. It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back.
For the 1st time since I moved to SA, I had an issue with an To-Go order. I called & spoke with Travis,a morning manager, who was very nice & quick to fix the order issue. Later, I spoke w/ Julieta, who confirmed they did see Travis had noted the issue & Juileta was happy & accommodating with completing the remake. Great experience.... I will DEFINITELY continue to make Mama Margies a local spot to enjoy!
Food is always usually good. For fast food or drive thru if I want something quick. Got a crispy beef taco, asked for no tomato, cashier repeats it back correct, and repeats again at window with no tomato. Get home. Tomato. Not allergic just don’t care for it on my taco. Ordered chips and queso. Fresh chips and queso is great. My only disappointment was I found what appears to be a wrapper or paper that was covered in queso so didn’t think much of it when I scooped it onto my chip. Thought it was like a layer of cheese off the top when queso cools a little. Nope. Ordered two tortillas and they of course were great. Just a little disappointed. I hate being the person in the window checking food but I may have to.
