I had an amazing meal at Mange Lakay and Lounge, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Every bite tasted like authentic home-cooked Haitian cuisine. I ordered the Haitian diri blan (white rice) with sos pwa (black bean sauce) and boulet (fried meatballs), and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked, the black bean sauce was rich and full of flavor, and the boulet were seasoned beautifully with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Everything tasted fresh and comforting — true Haitian flavors done right. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very clean, and spacious. It’s big enough to host events, which makes it a great spot for gatherings, celebrations, or just enjoying a great meal. I also want to give a special shoutout to my cashier Gelda. She is always sweet, kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Her great customer service makes the experience even better every time I visit. If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and amazing service, Mange Lakay and Lounge is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be back!
Customer service on point. Place is very clean. I got me some lalo (flavorful) with white rice ( great texture) and beans. I will definitely come back
Had an amazing experience at this Haitian restaurant! The food was so good — full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they put real love into every dish. The staff was just as impressive: warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!
