10 months ago⚠️Unnamed advertised flyer sucker here.⚠️ I'm staying in a condo for a week. I've been duped into thinking this would be good pizza. Looked at reviews AFTER placing the order on Slice. Our fears arrived. The half cheese half pepperoni for the kids came as a pepperoni and sausage. Great for picky kids. The chicken stromboli was not good. The chicken was not right. The marinara was thin and off-putting. The white pizza literally has no sauce and was the driest pizza we've ever experienced. We added chicken, spinach, and onion to our white pizza. Ingredients varied by slice; some had it, others not so much. The chicken was "off." It crumbled and was very dry. Fake feeling / tasting. Cheese bread was just shredded cheese baked on pizza crust. $150 for a terrible pizza experience leaves us feeling duped, especially after searching up the address to find what the piazza place is. Do I call for a refund? By the other reviews, what's the point. I'm just a sucker now. Warning to all. If/when the owner replies to this review, I'm sure it will be a sincere, well thought out comment offering to make amends; not a cookie cutter response.

a year agoWe ordered a white pizza with extra cheese and a large combo pizza. We drove into the facility because we were unable to reach the pizza place on either of their two phone numbers. When we arrived we were greeted by the worker with no issue, and our food was ready in a time we manner. However, the white pizza did not appear to have any Regatta cheese, roasted garlic, or oil on it. The combo Pizza did not have very much sauce, in fact so little that it was difficult to eat. Would recommend looking for other options if you are looking for pizza in Panama City beach.

a year agoWe got a brochure for this restaurant on our condo door and thought it would be perfect for a late night dinner. We ordered pizza and an antipasto salad. According to the brochure, the pizza was supposed to be half off after 10pm. They charged my card the incorrect price and I had to call back to yet it changed. When my pizza was delivered, they forgot the receipt so I had no way of checking if the price was actually altered. When we opened out food we were unimpressed, but very hungry. Salad was delivered without utensils or many of the toppings listed on the menu. The veggie pizza was fine. Until my sister bit into an actual bug. A full size bug. A bug incorporated into the cheese and toppings. This was not a crawled into the box situation. I called about immediately and was told If get a refund, and they hung up. How they know who I am to actually give the refund I don't know. I'll be calling back again, or physically going to the store. But I have no reciept or proof of purchase because it was forgotten in the delivery. Honestly, I blame myself for not checking reviews, but AN ACTUAL FULL SIZE BUG?!?

a year agoFirst of all I am not a Karen so when I saw 4 stars I still gave them a chance after seeing multiple bad reviews . Food is not good! Pizza has no sauce, and thin, nothing like the picture, paid extra for toppings, mushrooms looked like oregano they were so small. Didn’t wanna waste the pizza but if u want pizza I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Added broccoli to fettuccini, ONLY got stalk pieces, no florets and had there was no sauce(that’s not an exaggeration) Wings were DRY like they had been heated all day. We also got the brochure at the door but don’t even be fooled by those deals or the pictures! Lady who delivered was nice but the food was not:(

a year agoAn honest review. Read all! Shrimp Alfredo is terrible. The pizza was okay, too much flop. Lots of cheese and not enough sauce!!!! I’m a fan of ovenbrick and could have gotten better pizza for this-price at cici’s pizza. Can make them better myself with less ingredients. Wings were decent in my opinion. Garlic Parmesan and buffalo were good. Wings were a little over cooked but I liked them crispy. The shrimp alfredo was horrendous. Soon as I got in the car I smelled rotten fish but thought it might have been the area. Got back to my destination I opened it up and made almost everyone in the condo gag. I tasted it (wanted to be sure before I called) the shrimp was mushy, fell apart before the noodle broke, dull in color a slimy texture even in sauce. When I called they said it was prepared that morning. Shrimp should not be smelly, dull in color or slimy. They said it was prepared that morning. But absolutely no way unless it was left unrefrigerated and got a bad batch of shrimp. To add to the issues it had zero flavor to the sauce and absolutely drowned in cheese. Called them back and told me they would refund me the shrimp alfredo portion of the ticket. Kept either getting hung up on put on hold. Rating of review will be held at a lower standard until it’s refunded. Then I’ll move it up on the review scale. Response to owner: If you want to re earn my business, then refund my money back for the shrimp Alfredo. To be fair and only fair.

2 years agoWe came here from a flyer left at our hotel door. First off i want to start by saying the food was 100% delicious…all of it. the reason for 4/5 stars is because there is room for improvement. we spent $80 on all that is pictured, which i think is a great price! however those cheese sticks definitely aren’t worth $11…there being 6pc and their quite small. you can get a bigger serving of another appetizer for much cheaper. also the extra sauces are $1 and their quite literally barley even half full. also they forgot some of our extras but we didn’t say anything because it happens. it is a small place for having such a big menu but i appreciate the big menu because the bigger well known restaurants here in panama have very limited menus. the service was good, employees were friendly and fast. as far as “atmosphere” goes, it wasn’t great because all of the employees were on their phones or standing around in down time. again not a big deal for me but the food was very very good. i do recommend this place.

2 years agoSpent $254 on complete junk food. Google reviews not god check yelp. I have no idea how this place has 4 stars on Google . People were very nice and very apologetic for long wait, but food arrived just overall bad. Everything cold, everything cheap. Burger is like a frozen patty from dollar store, bun the same. Got bacon ranch fries, pepperoni mozzarella fries, cheesy tots, potato skins. Everything is put in an aluminum pan, covered with whatever and baked. Fries not even cooked all the way through, all of it was just mush & not edible. Almost like the fries were either under cooked our they sat there forever and wilted long before they were used for my order. Salad out of bag but all wilted and cheese melted. Due to being stored in the “heat bag” is my guess. Not sure how it can keep a salad warm but not anything else. They also completely left out two things. 1 1/2 hours later still waiting on them to deliver the missing food. Pretty sure it’s not coming. Also , the wings are weird so make sure you know how their flavors work. Example: honey pepper is actually bbq sauce mixed with sweet chili, and they would’ve told me that if I asked 🙄. Gyro meat is from a package, not authentic, I can get over that just figured I would put it out here so people know. I kinda assumed different, that’s my fault. Pizza was even bad. Crust & sauce must just be like the cheapest stuff out there. Overall bad quality food executed very poorly. Inedible, and I’m 230lbs. I eat a lot of junk. Very very disappointing. Don’t let the advertisement photos fool you. They look super good. My guess is this place is only in operation because the tourist. Anybody that values your stomach, taste buds, and wallet will not eat here more than once. I hope this helps any families looking to feed their crew. The staff was very friendly and super apologetic, but that only goes so far. The 2 stars on service is for the staff I feel sorry for. Not anything else. This will definitely be a cc dispute.

3 years agoThe food may not picture well but it was served piping hot and was delicious. The philly cheesesteak “Romeo” came with fried onions, peppers and mushrooms. The bread was fresh, and there was a generous amount of meat. The combo pizza was yummy and massive. The restaurant is brand new though so they’re still trying to figure out how to run everything smoothly so give them some grace. But the owners are present and are really nice! Also the food is halal! Except the pepperoni and meatball mix.
