I’m not a person who believes in leaving negative feedback, however in this instance I feel it is necessary. The food was less to be desired and the cost was ridiculous. Save your bank account and your wallet and do Not go there!
I got a gift certificate to this place. I’ve never been before. I had to use the ATM and pay $3.25. Then I gave the lady a $20 bill plus my $25 gift certificate and my bill was 30 something dollars. She kept all my cash and scratched off my $25 gift certificate and put my change amount on the old gift certificate. I told the lady I didn’t want to do that I just want my change from my $20. She said they don’t do it like that. So what should’ve cost me $7 for my meal ended up costing me 23.25. Food was ok but not good enough to go back. I’ll pass and throw that gift certificate away.
The server guy there was not the friendliest. Had a idgaf demeanor. Like sit where you like. How about a "Welcome to Maria's, how can I help you?" "Table for two?" The food was fresh, good, but missing ingredients like lettuce, tomato, avocado, wth Then it's cash only and I did not know that, go figure.
